This kind of feedback is extremely important and valuable as it helps to surface the flows in our product.

My three take aways:

Privacy options in the commentary.

Sometimes you don't want to a commentary to be archived for ever on a target document. You just want ephimeral messages.

We need better treatment of recipients.
