I saw this on the web when trying to open a comment I recently published:

The message is confusing because it seems like the server doesn't know whether it doesn't have the comment or it's been deleted. We do know for sure whether it's deleted or not found, so maybe we should tighten the message here.

In this case the comment is definitely not on the server.
