✅ By default we include child documents so remove the check box
✅ In this screen we should say what is the privacy of this document. Talk about document privacy not space
✅ If x people is invited to a parent document and children, they can not be removed from the children.
Remember today we have the people tab to see and invite people
Think on the people number when you want to see who is here as a reader.
✅ Make possible to make public a document inside a private space. Clear to understand that is the only access you have. (lock on the breadcrumbs idea to show you can not see more than that) = we don't support this now
✅Add - You can share space also from the homepage
✅ On space settings lists also show when people invited to whole site or just to specific documents.
✅ Types of users: (1) Writer (2) member when you can read (join and reader) , (3) email subscribers
✅Develop the logic what is each each is type of user (private versus public). What means to be a member on private space what means to be a member on a public space.
✅ Add a pending invite status on a private and public. Example: I invited someone is a public space to be a writer and he didn't accept
✅ If I am in a public space and a document is public and can make that doc private on the dialog
✅ In a public document we just show who can write, not people with access, because everyone has access since is public.
✅ Review the label of the members (no suscriber). Un public just writers in Public ?
Show this, somewhere when the user has access to the parent which can not revoke the access to child documents
This is how is today(people tab):
Turn doc. privacy
✅ Not possible to make a private document in a private space ➡ Public
✅ It is possible to make a private document in a public space ➡ Public
You can invite private space with link???? TBD
Space privacy:
You can not make a private doc. from private space public BUT you can turn a private space ➡ Public and select what you want to keep private.
