Universally, Humanity, has the same needs. Conflict only exists at the level of strategy (the action or approach we take to meet needs). Without making this distinction we may relate to our strategies as if they were our needs, and then when strategies inevitably conflict, others will occur for us as if they are enemies. Activity: thinking of a time of conflict, what were your needs at that time? What do you guess the needs of the other were? (use the cards to discover some possibilities)

With attention on needs (commitments), new strategies naturally come to mind... / Looking from possibilities, new openings for action naturally occur...
