The kind page describes the fields, the rules the handler enforces and the HM24 counterpart; this page exists so that the schema has its own stable URL, hm://z6MkiAKDcRSzQ4zPZfnJcS5HYx5MwgN6MU9foHihJGrhqNBj/stem/kinds/comment/value, which Kind descriptors, Snapshot blobs and other schemas reference.
What it types
The value of every Snapshot whose node has kind comment. The target field is what the kind's target pointer names, so the comment's audience follows the targeted resource. Bodies are lists of comment blocks, unchanged from HM24.
