Rules

Readers of a space root are the members of the space, so "share with the team" is a grant with this audience naming root. A comment's node uses access mode target, which is this audience applied automatically to the comment's target. Evaluation follows one hop and then the target's own readers; a chain of readers audiences is resolved to a fixpoint with a depth cap, and a cycle contributes nothing. Because the set is recomputed when the target's grants change, a document that goes public takes its discussion with it, and one that is narrowed takes it back.

Today (HM24)

A private comment's visibility is copied from the target once; "members of the space" exists only as the hard-coded private audience. Both are instances of this one audience kind.
