Rules

This is the audience of every grant that names a person, a device or an agent. A peer is in it when it has authenticated as that principal on the current connection. Sharing a document with one outsider is a grant with this audience at read. A sync policy is kept private by a grant with this audience naming the account itself. Agent keys receive their authority the same way, at a level and on a subject the owner chooses, and lose it by revocation.

Today (HM24)

The delegate of a Capability, which only ever grants WRITER or AGENT.
