Add icons for how many comments and citations have been made to this document.
Designs
I only saw relevant to adfd metadata for comments and link mentions but not for history. It we want to have the history activity aswell, we can add it.
Query block Cards and Lists
Have them fixed not on hover, add the date below the title, and have the metadata on the footer move the authors to the left.
